Each piece in the store and online collection has been individually checked by hand.  Any flaws in the piece will be pointed out in the description and photographs to allow our customers to make an informed decision before the point of purchase and as such we do not accept returns.

Each piece in the collection has been wrapped by hand to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.  We aim to send all purchases out within 3 to 5 working days from the point of purchase.  We are located in the Highlands and sometimes deliveries can take a little longer to reach you.
